The smartphone arrives with an 8,000mAh Titan Battery, MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, Android 16-based realme UI 7.0, and a 144Hz display, targeting users who prioritize long battery life and smooth performance.
The realme P4R 5G features a 6.8-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1570 x 720 pixels and a pixel density of 254ppi. The panel supports a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 1,200 nits. Realme claims the display is optimized for gaming and multimedia consumption with smoother animations and responsive touch performance. The handset measures 166.47mm in height, weighs 224 grams, and is available in a Silver Glare colour option.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core processor clocked at up to 2.4GHz, paired with an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU running at 1072MHz. The device comes with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB internal storage, with support for memory expansion through a hybrid SIM slot. Realme also highlights a large 5,300mm² vapour chamber cooling system and up to 14GB dynamic RAM expansion for improved multitasking and thermal management during gaming sessions.

The biggest highlight of the device is its 8,000mAh Titan Battery. Realme claims the battery can deliver up to three days of usage on a single charge under typical conditions. The smartphone supports 45W fast charging, which the company says can provide rapid top-ups despite the large battery capacity. Realme also claims the battery is designed to retain strong health after years of charging cycles.
The realme P4R 5G runs Android 16 with realme UI 7.0 on top. Additional features include dual-SIM 5G connectivity, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi, USB tethering, OTG support, Google Gemini integration, AI Pulse Light notifications, military-grade shock resistance, IP65 dust and water resistance, and a 400% Ultra Volume mode. The device also supports voice input, predictive text, and a range of software optimizations through Realme's Flux Engine.
The smartphone is available in a 4GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration carrying model number RMX5266. The retail package includes the handset, charger, USB cable, SIM ejector tool, protective case, and documentation. Realme has positioned the P4R 5G as a battery-focused smartphone for users seeking extended usage, casual gaming, and reliable day-to-day performance.
